Incident Narrative: Pulled up to an over turned semi tractor trailer plate of 47041-NT. CFD notified, no driver found at scene. Driver later appeared and decleared there is hazardous material on board the trailer. His ID is in the cab of the truck. The truck started a flame as FD attacked the fire, with foam...missing the truck and getting me with the foam on the south side of the fire.
