Incident Narrative: Radio call over the air at 14:55 about a reported brush fire at Jaxpork and Dristol, I responded and arrived, blocked off the North end of scene, unknown on the officer on the south (no one else to assist on sim at time. FD arrival at 15:16, 10 minutes after I reported the fire to them. During the wait I attempted to cease the spread of the fire with my fire extinguisher to no avail, I fell back and resumed traffic cordoning duties.

Chief Chandler advises possible lightning strike as the cause of the fire combined with dry brush conditions
