Incident Narrative: At 17:20 I was waved down by a firefighter and was informed that the power line was down. I provided scene cover to keep civilians away from the danger. Fire engines arrived at 17:29 and 17:48. Power company arrived at 17:49 and proceeded to cut power and remove the stray wire. Scene was cleared at 18:20.
